Across those 10,000 acres, visitors get to see all kinds of animals in open-range habitats. From rhinos, giraffes, and cheetahs, to African Painted Dogs, Eastern Hellbenders, and Sichuan Takins, the Wilds is home to creatures big and small.

If you take the Open-Air Safari tour, their most popular experience, you’ll get to go on a guided tour through the open-range animal areas in an open-air vehicle. You could also do the Wildside Tour where you’ll meet an Animal Management specialist and see behind-the-scenes procedures up close!

There are even Zipline Tours for the more adventurous guests. Regardless of which tour you choose, you’ll learn all about the various animals and habitats.

Plus, before or after your tour, you could take a stroll through the Wilds’ Butterfly Habitat, go mountain biking, or settle down somewhere to do some birdwatching.
